What we Teach

It’s a beautifully finished studio, an ideal scene for your practice.
We offer classes for all Body & Mind such as Yoga, Pilates, Relaxation and Mindfulness.
We offer studio space to instructors to run their classes from, specialising in classes for all Body & Mind such as Yoga, Pilates, Relaxation and Mindfulness.

Wednesday afternoon Radiant Breath Class with Sonja.
New Breathwork class.
Radiant Breath is an invitation to calm your physical, mental and emotional body with some deeply restorative breath work and guided relaxation. For 15 minutes, you will be guided through some classical breath practices that focus on the exhale - the soothing of the autonomic nervous system and the calming of the mind. This will be followed by a 30 minute deeply nourishing guided relaxation.
Every Wednesday, 2.15 to 3pm.
Wednesday early evenings from 5.45 to 7pm with Dulcie.
These blissful 75 minute classes are tailored to you and other women in class.
Come and strengthen your body, calm your mind and increase your enjoyment of pregnancy. Learn how to breathe, move and relax to birth. Preparing you mentally, emotionally and physically for birth and Mammahood!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes, ideal for beginners or regular Yogi's alike!
Kerrie's classes will dynamic and creative which will allow you to challenge yourself by offering variations whilst being mindful of both the breath and body throughout.
Breathing exercises will be incorporated to help prepare students for the class and offer meditations for relaxation.
The class will be a vinyasa flow class taking place every Saturday morning from 9.15 to 10.30am. Often followed by a coffee or breakfast at Coast next door.
Kate Cadbury is running 45 minute Pilates Classes on:
Monday evening at 7.00 and 7.45pm.
Wednesday morning at 9.30, 10.15, 11.15 & 12.00 midday.
Thursday afternoons/evenings at 5.00, 5.45, 6.45 and 7.30pm.
Pilates classes with Jen every Tuesday morning at 9.05 and 10.00am for 45 minutes. Starting again on the 9th January for a 5 week course.
Whatever your level of fitness, whether you’re new to Pilates or want to be pushed to the next level, you can expect a fun, personable, and creative workout.
