What we Teach
The word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit root yuj, ... Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment.

It’s a beautifully finished studio, an ideal scene for your practice.
We offer classes for all Body & Mind such as Yoga, Pilates, Relaxation and Mindfulness.
We offer studio space to instructors to run their classes from, specialising in classes for all Body & Mind such as Yoga, Pilates, Relaxation and Mindfulness.
The studio is now available for private sessions and instructors wishing to teach 1-1 sessions. Please contact us to discuss.

Wednesday afternoons from 1 to 2pm with Beverley.
Pilates classes with Beverley are ideal for people with back problems that will help to strengthen your back, improve your core stability, alignment, flexibility & posture. A group class is run every Wednesday from 1 to 2pm, this will be a small group mixed ability class.
Beverley will teach you how to both do your exercises, gradually build confidence & most importantly how to practice at home & incorporate Pilates into your daily lifestyle, relax, de stress & regain the quality of your life.
Friday evening Yoga with Amy
Amy will be teaching a class to balance and harmonise the body and mind. Drawing on the traditional Ashtanga discipline, experience a complete yoga class beginning with a Pranyama (breathing) exercise, heat building sun salutations, an Ashtanga flow and long relaxation ensuring you leave fully revitalised and stronger in mind and body.
This is an all levels class, with emphasis on correct alignment and subtle adjustments to enable each and every student to gain the maximum benefit from their practice. The class will encourage each individual to progress through their own yoga journey and move through life with a clearer, calmer, peaceful and contented mind.
Tuesday evening Yoga with Nicci
Whether students come to these classes solely for the physical practice or whether they come to progress on their yoga journey, Nicci will guide them through fun sequences which will build strength, improve flexibility, breathing and balance and will increase energy and vitality.
Nicci's Vinyasa Yoga classes link movement with the breath and are suitable for both beginner students and students who already have some yoga experience.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes, ideal for beginners or regular Yogi's alike!
Kerrie's classes will dynamic and creative which will allow you to challenge yourself by offering variations whilst being mindful of both the breath and body throughout.
Breathing exercises will be incorporated to help prepare students for the class and offer meditations for relaxation.
The class will be a vinyasa flow class taking place every Monday evening from 17.30- 6.45. We hope to be offering more classes in the very near future to keep continuity up throughout the week.
Mum & Baby Yoga Classes...
Emma Gibbs is starting a new mixed ability Pilates class on Mondays between 10:00 to 10.45am starting 29 October, and Saturday between 10:430 to 11:15 from 03 November. To book or for further information. Emma also offers one-to-one or two-to-one private sessions.
Katie Muscroft is running Yoga Classes on Wednesday evenings at 6pm, her classes are slow flow classes with an emphasis on stretching and relaxing. They are perfect for beginners. Katie is passionate about sharing her love of yoga and it's many benefits with you.
Fi is starting a ‘pre work’ Pilates class in the New Year, perfect for getting you setup for the day ahead.
Sessions will start Tuesday Mornings 7am – first class January 9th 2018. (55 minute class)

Kate Cadbury is running 45 minute Pilates Classes on:
Monday evening at 7.00 and 7.45pm.
Wednesday morning at 9.30, 10.15, 11.15 & 12.00 midday.
Thursday afternoons/evenings at 5.00, 5.45, 6.45 and 7.30pm.
Pilates classes with Jen every Tuesday morning at 9.05 and 10.00am for 45 minutes. Starting again on the 9th January for a 5 week course.
Whatever your level of fitness, whether you’re new to Pilates or want to be pushed to the next level, you can expect a fun, personable, and creative workout. Please contact Jen to book in.

One to one personalised sessions in Zen Yoga or Yin Yoga can be booked with Cheryl and are tailored to meet your needs, working with your body and goals in mind.
Zen Yoga in particular places emphasis on three intertwined areas, physical alignment, the flow of energy in the body, and awareness or mindfulness. Working with your body, mind and energy system it helps to improve flexibility, increase strength and create greater vitality.
