What we Teach

It’s a beautifully finished studio, an ideal scene for your practice.
We offer classes for all Body & Mind such as Yoga, Pilates, Relaxation and Mindfulness.
We offer studio space to instructors to run their classes from, specialising in classes for all Body & Mind such as Yoga, Pilates, Relaxation and Mindfulness.

Dawn is offering 2 class types:
Pilates to improve posture, mobility, increase core strength and stability, alleviate back pain and general aches and pains.
Yoga Tone, a beautiful blend of yoga and Pilates, bringing the benefits of Pilates plus flexibility, stress relief and a healthy mind-body connection.
Her experience as a Personal Trainer means that if you have any fitness or personal goals or want to perfect your practice, she can help you achieve this with a 1:1 session which also includes a home practice program to get real results.
Saturday Morning Wellbeing Yoga Course
9.00-10.15am - 4 Week course starting Saturday 3rd October.
A four week yoga course focusing on your health and wellbeing. Each week we will focus on different areas to allow you the time and space to nourish your mind, body and soul. This course gives you some well-deserved time away from your busy life to allow you to connect to yourself and feel re-energised and balanced, so that you can feel the best version of yourself.
The yoga flow will be a gentle slow vinyasa flow which will begin with breath work (pranayama) and end with a beautiful deep nourishing relaxation or yoga nidra.
Four Week course starting on Saturday the 3rd October 2020 at 9am -10.15
Course dates 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th October.
Wednesday early evenings with Dulcie.
These blissful 75 minute classes are tailored to you and other women in class.
Come and strengthen your body, calm your mind and increase your enjoyment of pregnancy. Learn how to breathe, move and relax to birth. Preparing you mentally, emotionally and physically for birth and Mammahood!
