More Pilates classes just added with Kate

Due to popular demand Kate has now added four more Pilates classes a week. Kate's 45 minute Pilates Classes run on: Monday evening at 7.00 and 7.45pm. Wednesday morning at 9.30, 10.15, 11.15 & 12.00 midday. Thursday afternoons/evenings at 5.00, 5.45, 6.45 and 7.30pm. Limited spaces so please contact Kate to secure your place.

Pregnancy classes

Lois is running pregnancy specific classes every Tuesday evenings at 6.30pm. Its a mixture of Yoga & Pilates especially designed for pregnancy. In the New Year classes will start on the 9th January. Please contact Lois to get you place booked.

Hatha Yoga Class

Anne is continuing to run Hatha Yoga classes on every Thursday throughout the Christmas period. From 9.30 to 11.00am on the 14th, 21st and 28th December. Contact Anne to book in over the festive period.
