Jen Cocks will be running two classes on Tuesday mornings at 09.05 and 10.00. Also on Thursday mornings from 10.00 to 10.55.

Jen has a great passion for the benefits of Pilates and has been practising for over 15 years, having first being introduced to it in Australia.  Jen teaches at local health clubs and at Shore Pilates in Southbourne.  Jen is super excited about starting at Pure Chill!  She will be offering classes that are creative and challenging aiming to test and improve your fitness through a balance of mobility and strength.

Jen is a busy mum of three small rots, and loves to keep active with running.  Pilates is a perfect complement to an active lifestyle and helps to promote toned muscles and maintain a supple body.

So, whatever your level of fitness, whether you’re new to Pilates or want to be pushed to the next level, you can expect a fun, personable, and creative workout.
