I’m Jess, a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and wellness coach.

I first discovered yoga 6 years ago via YouTube and completely fell in love. In the last few years, I have become so much more in tune with my body and mind and yoga has been a huge part of this. Watching my students progress and get so much out of their own practice makes me so grateful to be able to share yoga with others. Over lockdown I’ve taught almost 100 online vinyasa classes to students all over the world, both in group and 1-1 classes. My Vinyasa Flow class is based around weekly themes to connect body and mind and to develop your practice in a supportive and encouraging way. It’s perfect for beginners and yogis with a regular practice, but advanced yogis are also always welcome.
