Kate Cadbury

Kate runs 45 minute Pilates Classes on:

Monday mornings at 9.30 and 10.15am. Monday evenings at 7.00 and 7.45pm, with Kate.

Tuesday evening at 7pm and 7.45pm, with Charlotte Riviello.

Wednesday morning at 9.30, 10.15, 11.15 & 12.00 midday, with Kate.

Wednesday evenings at 7.15 and 8.00pm with Carly

Thursday afternoons/evenings at 5.00, 5.45, 6.45 and 7.30pm, with Kate.

Friday mornings at 9.30 to 10.15 Pilates and at 10.15 to 11.15 its Pilates for Mum's and Babies.

Kate is a Chartered Physiotherapist as well as being a fully qualified Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Instructor (APPI).

She has been teaching Pilates for over 7 years and has a wealth of pilates experience in a range of different areas.

Being a Physiotherapist she has an in depth knowledge of anatomy, what can go wrong with the body and what needs to be done about it. Her classes are suitable for clients with any aches and pains as she can tailor the class to you to help aid your symptoms.

She also loves teaching Pilates for general fitness and certainly her passion for keeping fit shines through in her classes. In her spare time Kate enjoys running, cycling, paddle boarding and chasing after her two young children!

Charlotte Riviello 

Charlotte is part of the Kate Cadbury Pilates team and runs classes on a Tuesday evening at 7pm and 7.45pm. 

Charlotte is also a Chartered Physiotherapist who has worked in the NHS for over 10 years as well as doing private work with local sports teams and running a post-operative spinal hydrotherapy service whilst living in Somerset. This experience has emphasised to her the importance of keeping fit and Pilates is a great way to do this.

Like Kate, she also trained with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI) in 2014 and since then has been teaching Pilates on a one to one and class basis. 

She is a keen runner having completed many half marathons. Since moving to Poole she also enjoys activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding in between running after her energetic little boy!

Carly

Carly is part of the Kate Cadbury Pilates team and runs classes on Wednesday evenings at 7.15 and 8.00pm.

Carly is a chartered physiotherapist and has been teaching Pilates since training with the APPI in 2011. Carly is able to use her physiotherapy experience in rehabilitation and apply this to her Pilates classes.

Carly uses Pilates as a technique in not only Promoting recovery with a bid to help improve strength and flexibility, but also to reduce pain and increase health and well being for long term pathology prevention.

Carly also enjoys teaching her classes to the fitness population, strongly advocating the use of Pilates to achieve fitness goals.

Carly is kept busy running after her two little boys but in her spare time enjoys keeping fit, running and participating in outdoor activities.

Gina Woolsley

Gina is a new addition to the Kate's Pilates team and runs classes on Friday mornings. From 9.30 to 10.15am its pilates and from 10.15 to 11.15 its Mum's and Babies Pilates.

Gina is a physiotherapist who has also trained in Pilates and post natal Pilates with the APPI.  She has been teaching Pilates for the past 5 years, although she has been using Pilates principles to help her patients for much longer.

Gina has taught in the UK, Germany and Pakistan and is looking forward to beginning classes in beautiful Dorset.  In her spare time she loves going out paddleboarding and climbing with her family.
