Rebecca has been a dedicated yoga practitioner since 2015, with a background in gymnastics she immediately fell in love with the playful side of Vinyasa yoga, learning quickly there is a lot more than meets the eye. She’s practiced Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga in Dorset and London before completing a 200hr Yoga Alliance certificated teacher training. Originally drawn to the asana side she found not only did yoga keep her fit, she became stronger both mentally and physically, bringing yoga into everyday life.
Her classes combine sequencing, playfulness, strength and heat building. A love of music shines through adding an exciting twist to her classes. Her teaching goal and the reason she decided to complete her training is to share her life changing yoga experience. Whether students come to improve and grow in their yoga journey or purely just for the exercise Rebecca is there to help others thrive on and off their mats.
Recommended for students with some Vinyasa experience, a playful, fast moving flow class. We will explore complex movements and sequences, building confidence in arm balances, back bends and inversions. Linking movement, breath and music. A class designed to build heat and strength. Ideal for those looking to further enrich their yoga experience.
