Sharon James is a Senior Physiologist with extensive experience and qualifications in health and wellbeing. This has enabled her to successfully run a 6 week mindfulness meditation course over the past few years in various locations in Poole.
The 6 week mindfulness meditation course is a good introduction to mindfulness and meditation techniques that may help build physical and emotional resilience to pressure and stress. Through practise regular meditation and becoming more mindful on a daily basis can help build an inner peace and calm and increase happiness and wellbeing.
The 6 week course will run from 6.10 to 6.55 pm on Monday evenings from 2nd October 2017. Booking is essential (course fee £42).
