Yoga with Zoe Marlowe

I have been practising yoga for about 10 years and now feel lucky enough to be teaching and sharing my learnings with others.

Having completed 300hrs of British Wheel of Yoga Teacher training, my journey of yoga is exactly that, an ever-growing journey of exploration. Incorporating breathwork with our physical practise, we work body, mind and spirit.

My weekly classes vary depending on your needs, our environment and the seasons. I like to think I run friendly and welcoming classes, suitable for all, working on alignment, flexibility, strength and most importantly the breath. Whether you are an absolute beginner, intermediate or advanced Yogi, I’m here to support and encourage you through your Yoga practice.

I have weekly classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 9 and 10am, please contact me to get booked in.

Why Yoga?

Working on focusing your mind as well as your physical body, Yoga will allow your nervous system to slow and relax, allowing your mind to come back to its natural rhythm. Allowing any feelings of anxiousness or exhaustion to settle. Maybe Yoga will be your way back to better health after an injury or illness. The benefits are huge, whatever you reason to come to your mat.

I hope the skills I teach you will stay with you. My joy comes from seeing people become better versions of themselves.

My Vinyasa Yoga flow class is for anyone who is able and wanting to strengthen their body and mind. Increase flexibility and find more balance in their lives.

What will I need to bring?

Yourself and your positive mind. Along with a bottle of water and something comfortable to wear.

I really look forward to welcoming you to the class and sharing your yoga journey with you.
