New Yoga Class – Perfect for beginners

Katie is starting Yoga classes on Wednesday evenings at 6pm. The 60 minute classes are slow flow with an emphasis on stretching and relaxing. They are perfect for beginners. Katie is passionate about sharing her love of yoga and it's many benefits with you.
