Summary of event
An opportunity start your weekend off by nourishing your soul, body and mind by enjoying a creative dynamic vinyasa style yoga practice which incorporate breath work to help calm the mind to prepare for the vinyasa flow sequence. We will finish with a relaxation to help set you up for your weekend.
We will be starting a five week course exploring the five elements of yoga which include earth, water/ wind, fire, air and space/ ether. The five week course will enhance your vinyasa practice by helping you to learn to work with the elements.
The yoga class is open to beginners and those who already hold a yoga practice. The vinyasa sequence will off modifications to help met your needs and confidence.
The class is vinyasa style yoga class is £8.50 and places can be booked through me by contacting me. You can choose to do the whole five week course, but drop in is an option if you can’t make the the whole course.
