Starting on 23rd April we have a Vinyasa Yoga Class starting.
Its a progressive 6 week course for beginners or those returning to yoga. Each week we will focus on the building blocks of a safe and rewarding yoga practice – breathing techniques, connecting breath to movement, finding strength AND ease in standing & seated postures, correct alignment and creative transitions between poses. We’ll be working progressively, with understanding and awareness, towards a strong and full Vinyasa flow by week 6.
Expect a warm, friendly class with lots of teacher attention!
First class is FREE / £40 for a block of 5 paid in advance OR £9 per class
